About Me.

I am a first-generation architect. I have explored various facets of this beautiful profession by traveling in its various lanes and by-lanes over more than two decades. I have never shied from doing things and learning in the process. Since most of my schooling was done in Delhi I had the advantage of getting vast exposure that any capital metro city can offer. I am in debt and will ever remain so of my engineering drawing teacher at Ramjas School who kind of oriented me towards this profession. Securing a seat in the most prestigious college was the result of my handwork or my mother’s blessing is still to be figured out. Passing out from the School of Planning and Architecture, New Delhi gave me a head start. As a fresh graduate, I was very eager to take my designs from paper to the real world. Exhibitions came in as a natural starting point, where it takes not more than a few weeks to take your ideas from design to reality. Working with Enterprise Nexus allowed me to work with the big corporates for various national and international exhibitions. Showrooms followed as a natural progression. This brought me in touch with entrepreneurs and soon I became one myself by starting my independent practice. Hard work and dedication bear fruits and I feel it happened so in my case as well. Soon I was doing all kinds of projects. From private residences to small housing projects, from showrooms to private malls, from small offices to corporate offices, from small factories to large industrial projects, and as they say rest is history.

Our Process

Pre-Design Programming & Feasibility

This first phase of the design process begins with a conversation. How do you and how would you like to live and work? Describe your needs, your patterns of living, and your work.

Schematic Design

During schematic design, the initial diagrams and documents created in the programming and pre-design phase are translated into spatial designs. These are usually a combination of plans, elevations, perspectives, and models.

Design Development

We create detailed plans, interior elevations, electrical layouts including lighting specifications, finishes schedules, wall sections, and typical details for how all the materials in the construction project should come together.

Construction Document

we prepare a set of detailed documents, from which the contractor will build the project.These documents outline the expected level of performance and quality, both in written and drawn format.
